Proof for First Draft Contents Page

The first thing I did was make the title for my contents page. I did this by putting the ‘V’ in the top left corner to remind the reader what magazine they are reading and then created a red box with contents written in white next to it. I did it red, as the main colour for this magazine is white.

I then added a boarder to make it my own personal design. It also makes the page look more creative. It also makes it look more like a contents page instead of a poster.

I then placed the picture that I had previously taken of my model. I placed it where I believe is the most appropriate place. I also added to page number I wanted it to be.

I then added another picture that I had taken at a concert. I did this to fill in the empty space at the bottom of the page.

I then did some research of my own about the 5 boys I had written about. I wrote a small review and information about the band, which I thought the reader might like to read. I wrote it under the picture as the picture is linked to the writing. I had shown this by adding an arrow. This also makes it seem creative. I then added the number of the page I wanted that article to be on.

I then added all of the information needed on a contents page, including page numbers, titles, and a little bit of information about that article underneath.

At first I thought my contents page was finished, but then I realised it looks quite plain and empty so I added lines on top and underneath the titles and a boarder around the contents box.
